how do you know when you've made a good decision?
some say on instinct
some say out of righteousness
most would say out of planning

a lot would say from experience

then tell me how is it that:

people have been using the same source of energy
which have been obsolete for the past few decades

vise keeps you healthy in this state of future shock
but keeps you dangerously closer to your death

you've lost your love before
still you struggle for love again

you dont want to think it is what is

that you exaggerate to yourself and harness a life
worth more than what it seems
because you have to be and just feel alive

breathing keeps you still
but consciously thinking of it
is a diffrent story altogether

your actions disappoint your words all the time

because you are too slow
you are late
lazy
and not perfect

you tell yourself the deeds are breaking even;
dont take it hard on yourself
and all is full of love

you tell lies inside you

how can you know if you've made a good decision

when the experience of regret was such emaciation
to your soul
when your thoughts are but your own
though not for selfish reasons
and not just you alone

when actually
you can tell you've made a choice
that is good
that is decent
that can be of regret
